my intelligence is personally offensive, so I don't really care if you find it warranted or not. If you insult me for a comment I made that wasn't in any way out of line, I'll add that to my list of reasons why I think you're a bastard. Now I'm not in any way stretching to save face, my comment was completely valid. Jim wasn't necessarily rebutting, considering he said "I do agree" with the point of my statement. I'm not using generalities either; the topic was driveshafts, and that's what my comment was about. I think carbon fiber is a stronger material to resist the torque put out by an engine and applied to the wheels, and I'm pretty sure that there is plenty of evidence to back that up. There was nothing wrong with my response, as it made a valid point: strongest vs. strongest and weakest vs. weakest, carbon fiber will be stronger than fiberglass. After all, that's the reason it was invented.
